To protect our brand and genuine buyers from fraudulent claims, you must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video from the very beginning (showing the completely sealed shipping parcel with the label visible) until the product is taken out and the defect is clearly highlighted.
The video must be shot in clear lighting without any cuts, pauses, or edits.
This unboxing video must be sent to our official WhatsApp support or email within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
Important Note: If you fail to provide a complete, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed package stage, your exchange request is automatically rejected. No exceptions are made.
